South Paris Baptist Church Youth Group
The South Paris Baptist Church Youth Group meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM. During that time we usually play a game, sing some songs of worship and praise, have a Bible lesson, and spend some time in prayer for one another.These meetings are open to all students in 7th-12th grade.
Ministries
In addition to our Wednesday night meetings, our youth group is actively involved in ministry. Once per month we go to a local nursing home to lead a church service for the residents. During the summer months we have helped organize/lead Vacation Bible Schools at local churches.We have also assisted CEF in Maine with some ministry projects, as well as raising money for a CEF missionary in Moldova. We have also given offerings to help send one of our youth leaders on a missions trip to New York city. From time to time we also do service projects for folks in the church who are in need of assistance with yard work, snow shoveling, etc.
Activities
We occasionally have weekend fun activities as well - beach parties, hiking and camping trips, baseball games, and many other activities. Be sure to check out the Calendar Page for details!Contact
