Welcome, Sixth Graders!
Is it hard for you to believe that you're finally old enough to be part of the teen youth group? Well, that day is finally here. Tonight is our Sixth Grade Welcome Party!
Believe it or not, even though I'm almost 40 years old (ask some of the other teens, for some reason, most of them could tell you exactly how ancient I really am!) I can still remember the first youth group event I went to, way back when I was going into seventh grade!
I hope that tonight's youth group event is an event that you'll remember for a long time to come - and hopefully it'll be a good memory!!
There are an awful lot of things that happen in youth group - from ministry opportunities like going to the nursing home to lead a church service, to our Wednesday night Bible Studies, to our weekend activities, and big events like Winter Weekend and the Acadia trip.
With so much going on, if you have any questions about what's happening, don't hesitate to call or email me, or one of the other leaders. We want to make sure your experience at the South Paris Baptist Church Youth Group is a wonderful and memorable experience!
