About The New Website

Hey everyone, I thought I'd tell you just a little bit about our new youth group website. First, I must apologize for never keeping the old website up-to-date. I thought I was going to have time to keep it updated, but you know how busy everyone gets!
So, I've rebuilt the site, and it's now being hosted at Salt Of The Web. Salt of the Web is a web directory and search engine, which also provides hosting for Christian churches and ministries.
Okay, I'll let you in on a little secret; Salt of the Web is still under construction, and it is actually being constructed by myself and my younger brother Jonathan.
One of the advantages of putting our site at Salt Of The Web is that it uses a content management system that will let all the leaders participate in maintaining the website. In other words, since I don't have to do it all by myself, it's more likely to get done.
I'm planning to have a page for A Voice (our praise team) which I'll ask Tiff to maintain. I'll ask other leaders to maintain other parts of the site, like the calendar, the pictures, etc.
And, this blog here is the "Leaders' Blog", which means any of our leaders can post messages here. So, check back from time to time to see what's new!
